Sohn & Associates will offer antiques, modern furniture, Uhl pottery, vintage tools, collectibles, china and glass, oriental rugs, vintage slot machines, vintage pinball machines, and a 2001 Toyota Solara convertible at their next antique auction. The auction will take place Saturday February 2nd starting at 9:00 AM and Sunday February 3rd starting at 12:00 Noon. Online bidding will be available on catalogued items starting Saturday at 10:00AM. The antique auction will take place at Sohn and Associates located in Evansville, Indiana.
Some unique items found at Sohn & Associates weekend antique auction include a panel plow plane marked Ohio Tool Co, many Stanley wood working tools and a 1 quart Dazey churn. There are many collectible Uhl pottery pieces such as a miniature brown tank jug which is marked, and a green and pink miniature jug marked, “Merry Christmas, Uhl Pottery Company Huntingburg Ind. 1940.” Nine vintage slot machines will be in the auction, including a Mills 5¢ Chevron machine, 10¢ Hi-Top Duece is Wild, 25¢ Hi-Top Jewel and miscellaneous slot machine parts. “It’s rare to find this many working vintage slot machines in one place,” said Don Sohn, company president and auctioneer.
